Dr. Eubanks has 20 years of experience in the field of psychology. Her doctoral training in applied research psychology enhanced her ability to use data-driven practices and social psychology skills to innovate programs, revise systems, and positively transform culture within organizations. As an educator, she holistically supports students toward program completion via training and professional development, student mediation, humanistic-centered retention strategies, and dissertation advising.
