Dr. Ahmed Ghuman, PsyD, MBA, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Contributing Faculty member in Walden University’s PhD in Clinical Psychology program. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and the mental health field, he is dedicated to teaching through a culturally responsive, strengths-based, and student-centered lens. Dr. Ghuman’s teaching focuses on helping emerging clinicians build strong foundational skills in evidence-based practices while also developing professional identity, reflective practice, and ethical decision-making. His commitment to inclusive and compassionate pedagogy is grounded in his extensive work with diverse student populations and his passion for advancing equity in mental health care. Dr. Ghuman’s scholarly interests center on resilience, identity development, and the experiences of historically underserved students. He earned his PsyD from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his MBA from La Salle University.
