Adrian Springfield
Adrian Springfield received her PhD in Social Work with a specialization in social work administration from Walden University in May 2022. She currently serves as Contributing Faculty in the Master of Social Work Program and has served in this role since October 2024. Professionally, Dr. Springfield has served in various capacities and with diverse populations within health services, including behavioral health and primary care. Her social work practice has focused on increasing growth, implementing, and evaluating programs for healthcare, private sectors, CCBHCs, FQHCs, and nonprofit organizations. With a passion for working with low-income and underserved populations, Dr. Springfield believes that change happens when people are given the support, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives.
