Wunmi Sokan

Dr. Adewunmi Sokan earned her BSN from Georgia State University, her MSN (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global. She has experience in inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings and also operates her own private practice.
She is dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Sokan is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Walden University, where she combines her academic training and clinical expertise to mentor and inspire students.
