* A 40% tuition savings is available for students who are eligible Employees of Caribbean Medical University who enroll to start a program on or before June 30, 2026. Tuition savings are applicable to tuition only and does not apply toward books, materials, and other supplies or fees needed for a course.
Initial Eligibility
- New and readmitted students, with a mailing and billing address in one of the Caribbean countries outlined below, who are employees of Caribbean Medical University and begin a Walden program on or before June 30, 2026.
- Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands.
- U.S. citizens living in the above Caribbean countries are eligible for the reduction.
- Walden conducts no checks on citizenship, national origin, and/or whether students receive Title IV funding to determine eligibility for the reduction.
Continuing Eligibility
- Students will continue to receive the discount if they remain enrolled in an eligible program. Changing enrollment between eligible programs, or withdrawing for less than a year, does not impact eligibility for the discount.
- Students do not lose eligibility by moving out of the above-listed Caribbean countries.
Application Criteria
- Apply for the tuition discount with your Enrollment Specialist. Requires submission of proof of employment.
