Knowledge transfer; organizational strategy; change management 


Dr. Parent was director of the knowledge transfer research laboratory at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, where he led a team of professors/researchers and doctoral students. Since 2003, he has held a research professorship through a grant from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Most recently, he developed a dynamic knowledge transfer capacity research model that is being used as the theoretical framework in numerous research studies. Dr. Parent serves as associate professor of strategy at the University of Sherbrooke and is a contributing faculty member in Walden’s Ph.D. in Management program.
