Dr. Paluch’s experience includes a total of eight years in academics in the clinical immunology/allergy area at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School and the Tufts University School of Medicine. Since 1986, he has held management positions at five major pharmaceutical companies in the areas of clinical research, medical communications, pharmacovigilance, and marketing, in both the U.S. and Europe. His work experience in a variety of functional areas within the healthcare sector has provided him with a thorough understanding of key healthcare issues relating to healthcare policy and management, healthcare regulations, clinical research, commercial strategy, health economics, global health, marketing, corporate cultures, project management, communications, operational issues, and leadership considerations, from both domestic and global perspectives. Dr. Paluch joined Walden’s faculty in 2012 and is currently serving as a mentor for students pursuing their doctoral degrees.
