Dr. Gould’s career has spanned the information technology, telecommunications, aerospace, and education industries at organizations including IBM, AT&T, Boeing, and the University of Phoenix. His experience includes software engineering, consulting, organizational architecture, sales management, and strategic planning. He founded 21C Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm, and worked with major clients in the Seattle area before joining City University of Seattle to develop a new B.S. in Information Systems program. Since 2008, Dr. Gould has been a full-time faculty member in Walden’s Ph.D. in Management program. He also chairs doctoral committees, teaches at residencies, and is a member of the University Research Review Board.
