Dr. Case previously served as a professor and department chair at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and at the University of the Virgin Islands, where he was co-principal investigator on a Broader Participation in Computing Alliances grant funded by the National Science Foundation. At Minnesota State University, Mankato, Dr. Case directed the Center for Pervasive Computing and Communication. He also has worked in the industry as an engineer and manager, most recently as chief engineer at Computing Devices and as vice president of engineering at ViA Inc. He holds two patents and has written more than a dozen publications.
