Dr. Case is a part-time, core faculty member in Walden’s School of Information Systems and Technology. He has previously served as a professor and department chair at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and at the University of the Virgin Islands. While at the University of the Virgin Islands, Dr. Case served as a co-principal investigator on an NSF-funded Broader Participation in Computing Alliances grant. While at Minnesota State University, he served as the director of the Center for Pervasive Computing and Communication. Prior to becoming a professor, Dr. Case spent 17 years working in the industry as an engineer, manager, and executive. He most recently held the roles of chief engineer at Computing Devices and vice president of engineering at ViA, Inc. He holds two patents and has 14 publications.
