Dr. Smith has more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations with issues pertaining to the field of psychology and mental health, especially as it relates to human behavior (normal and abnormal) and organizational functioning. She has worked in higher education, government, and community health agencies. She is a nationally certified counselor and licensed professional clinical counselor. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs personality test, the Strong Interest Inventory, the DiSC profile, and facilitative training.
