Background

Dr. Crumpton joined Walden as a faculty member in the M.S. in Mental Health Counseling Program in the fall of 2007. She is a licensed professional counselor and counselor supervisor, certified rehabilitation counselor, certified case manager, and disability analyst. In addition to teaching, Dr. Crumpton has worked for many years as a contract counselor with the VA offices in Alabama providing assessment and counseling for veterans. Her areas of interest in teaching include vocational psychology/career counseling, assessment, professional identity/ethics, and practicum/internship supervision.
