Background

As owner of Vermillion Consulting Group, Dr. Vermillion provides strategic planning, business consultation, research planning, program evaluation, and leadership training. She has 30 years of leadership experience in human services at publicly traded organizations as well as in state government and nonprofit organizations. She is a national certified counselor, a Florida-licensed mental health counselor, a Florida-certified addiction professional, an educational specialist (secondary guidance counselor), and a senior professional in human resources. Dr. Vermillion has published in national journals regarding quality, program evaluation, workforce planning, and Hoshin Planning. She has presented at conferences for various organizations that include the American Society of Training and Development, National Association of Workforce Boards Forum, National Association of Mental Health Administrators, and Southeastern Evaluation Association. Dr. Vermillion is a contributing faculty member in Walden’s M.S. in Mental Health Counseling program.
