Wynn Dupkoski is a Core Faculty Member in the CES program for the School of Counseling. "Dr. Wynn," as students know her, also mentors students in their dissertation work. She has published articles related to sexuality counseling and sexuality counseling training, reproductive trauma/loss, and school counseling. She is currently working on advocacy projects associated with focused supportive interventions for LGBTQIAP+ youth and adults in South Carolina, where she is currently establishing a non-profit organization/clinical services center with a range of clinically-supervised community outreach and support services, as well as counseling, supervision, and training in affirmative interventions and support.

Prior to teaching at Walden, Dr. Wynn focused her clinical practice working with adolescents with suicidal and self injurious behaviors, sexual behavior and sexuality-related concerns, and mood disorders. She also provides counseling services to LGBTQIAA+, polyamorous, and holisitc spirituality communities, in addition to advocacy and support for maternal mental health, reproductive loss/trauma, and gender expansive youth. She also established the Sexual Wellness in Counseling Interest Network in the American Counseling Association in 2012,serving as the facilitator from 2012-2019 and served as one of the initial founders of the Association for Counseling Sexology and Sexual Wellness until 2019.
