Dr. Ajani is an experienced educator, researcher, program administrator, organizational leader and mentor, with experience in multiple IT domains. He has served in these academic roles for more than 10 years.

Among others, Dr. Ajani has professional degrees in Information Systems; and Intelligence and Security Studies. According to the scholar, his diverse educational, professional and cultural backgrounds enable his unique understanding of the opportunities inherent in interweaving knowledge from otherwise separate complex systems; hence, he has found this to enhance his scholarship of teaching and discovery. Dr. Ajani has co-developed cross-disciplinary programs in Analytics and Informatics. He has also participated in several workshop trainings in Data Analytics and Engineering utilizing multiple platforms such as R, Python and SAS suites.

Dr. Ajani has presented at several conferences and proceedings. Several of his articles have been published in several peer review journals. He is currently a contributing faculty at Walden University School of Information Systems and Technology.
