Stacy Orr-Sprague
Dr Stacy Orr Sprague formal training is in counselling and organizational psychology and social work. She is a registered psychologist and a registered social worker and a certified executive coach in British Columbia Canada. In past years she has served as an institutional representative for Walden university and has been a contributing faculty member in the counseling clinical and organizational psychology streams and has taught doctoral capstone courses at Walden since 2000. She is also involved in the post 8 program , a program to support students who have taken more than 8 years to date to complete their dissertations. She has served on numerous doctoral student dissertations committees as a content expert. Her research interests lie in Women and leadership and behavior in the healthcare workplace. Dr. Sprague has been recognized as a leader in healthcare, receiving healthcare workplace innovation awards in 2016, 2018 and 2019. In 2020 during the pandemic Dr Sprague has played a major guiding role in workplace health in her BC regional emergency operating centre.
