Dr. Tony Prensa lives in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Prensa has over 30 years of working experience with more than 30 years in management/leadership and technical roles. Dr. Prensa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, a master’s degree in business administration with a major in technology management, a master’s degree in business administration with a major in functional management, and a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and management with major in information systems and technologies. He also holds a master’s degree in project management and several professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL IV Foundations certification, and a certification in information systems and computing from the Institute of Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP). Dr. Presna’s professional career and experience have been expanded in a myriad of industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail, logistics, government, and distribution. He has managed large programs/projects and strategic initiatives with teams of all sizes including collocated and virtual teams. He has participated in evaluating and selecting solution providers; developing contracts/statements of work; developing and implementing information systems; and conducting contracts negotiation for a myriad of projects. His teaching experience surpasses 25 years using both traditional and online instruction modes.
