Rosemary Mc Williams Haggins

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Dr. Haggins has 44 years of nursing experience, ranging from from staff nurse to nurse executive. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, earned at California State University, and Doctorate in Health Care Administration, earned at the University of Phoenix’s School of Advanced Studies. She served as a Senior Clinical Nursing Director for a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. She also served as Chief Nurse for 10 years at the organization.
In the educational arena, Dr. Haggins has taught for the past 23 years in both the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science, Nursing programs. She teaches nursing leadership and management, budgeting/finance, and research in both the bachelors and masters programs.
