Rose Goehring received her MSN degree for family practice at South University of Georgia in January 2018. Professionally, she currently practices as a full time family nurse practitioner in a private practice in Corpus Christi, Texas were she is the sole provider. She has a diverse background in nursing that contributes to her ability to teach in the nursing field. She currently holds licenses for both RN and APRN in Texas and Minnesota. She is an elected member of the Sigma Theta Tau International, and is affiliated with the Victoria Area Nurse Practitioner Association, the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American Association of nurse Practitioners. She serves as a new graduate clinical instructor for the nurse practitioner program at Walden University, and has been teaching with the University of Texas at Arlington for more than a year. She also serves as an adjunct undergraduate instructor for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the University of Houston in Victoria. She has taught a range of courses from LVN undergraduate courses to core curriculum courses for nursing at the graduate level. She is currently pursuing a PhD in nursing.
