Dr. Rhoda Redulla is a contributing faculty (DNP/PhD Programs) at Walden University. She has over two decades of teaching experience. Dr. Redulla's serves as Magnet Program Director at a top 4 hospital in the nation. Previously, she held other leadership roles including Director of Nursing Practice, Magnet Program Director, and Director of Clinical Education in large academic medical centers.

Dr. Redulla is an expert in Evidence-Based Practice. She currently serves as evidence summary writer for Cochrane Nursing in Adelaide, Australia and a certified systematic reviewer for the Joanna Briggs Institute. She leads the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses & Associates (SGNA) Education Committee at the national level, authored books, peer-reviewed articles, and a reviewer for the American Journal of Nursing and Gastroenterology Nursing Journal. She recently published her book, "Fast Facts for Making the Most of Your Career in Nursing."

Dr. Redulla obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Johns Hopkins University; Post Master’s Certificate, University of Pennsylvania; master’s and bachelor’s degrees, University of Northern Philippines. She is nationally board certified in Professional Development granted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
