Rachel Tolliver
Dr. Rachel H. Tolliver received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, emphasizing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), in May 2019. She joined Walden University as a Contributing Faculty member in the MSN PMHNP program in June 2022. Dr. Tolliver taught graduate-level PMHNP Practicum courses at other universities for three years before joining Walden University. She has been certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center since 2019 and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Tennessee, Minnesota, and Georgia. Professionally, Dr. Tolliver has worked full-time as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at a federal homeless clinic and university counseling center, diagnosing, and treating clients with mental health care needs.
