Peggy Morrison
For several decades, Dr. Morrison has been the sole proprietor and principle of a practice in consulting or public and private sector organizations in developing strategy, planning for and managing change, and developing and coaching leaders to successfully lead the organization through those changes. This includes applying theories and practices in organizational psychology to establish organizational structures to succeed as well as setting leaders and leadership teams up for success as they face the challenge of implementing necessary change. A critical aspect of her work is to assure that all in the organization share a common mission, are working toward common goals, and are well integrated and aligned with each other in behavior and strategy to accomplish necessary social and corporate change. As a professional social worker, she has served as a clinician in individual and group work, as well as a program director for regional planning agencies in Georgia and Kentucky in creating and implementing programs with local, state, private, and federal funding in behavioral health, education, aging, housing and urban development, healthcare and public welfare.
