Dr. Paula Kennedy’s formal training is in educational leadership where she has served in various roles over her educational leadership career. Dr. Paula Kennedy served as academic coordinator in higher education as Director of Adult Student Services in Academic Affairs. She then moved in to higher education positions related to teacher leadership, faculty advising, doctoral dissertation intensive study, and assessment at both online and brick and mortar schools. Dr. Kennedy has served on numerous doctoral dissertation committees.
Dr. Kennedy’s current research interests focus primarily on adult student services, first generation college students and the educational impacts of first generation students on educational leadership and doctoral students.
