Natalie Casale
Natalie Casale is a contributing member of the College of Management Technology. She has earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2015. Natalie is a member of the University of Phoenix Lambda Sigma Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta (DMD) and National Society of Leadership and Success.
Natalie has been teaching online undergraduate and graduate courses since 2009. Natalie is a mentor for doctorate students in the DBA program at Walden University, teaching 8100 and 9000 mentorship courses, seminar in accounting-based performance evaluations systems, and qualitative/quantitative method applied research. Other subjects Natalie has taught at University of Phoenix and Berkeley College includes consulting, management, organizational ethics and social responsibility, international business, business strategy and policy, managing with information systems, cost accounting, entrepreneurship, operations management, career and business essentials, international management simulation, management simulation, business internship, and sales and customer service management.
Natalie is the founder and owner of a retail business. A percentage of the proceeds from each purchase is donated to a nonprofit organization.
Natalie has been in the information technology (IT) profession since 1988. Her IT experience includes all phases of the systems life cycle, leadership, consulting, and project management for several telecommunication, finance, payroll, insurance, and logistics organizations.
Natalie is a recognized community leader of animal welfare. She works with several animal rescue organizations and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), assisting with technology, marketing, fostering of homeless animals, pet adoptions, and fundraiser events.
