Dr. Kelly is an experienced nursing educator, having taught both undergrad and graduate level courses, clinical, and online courses. Her most recent nursing practice experience has been in community and public health settings. Her DNP capstone project focused on the health status of migrant farmworkers in the Shenandoah Valley, where she resides. This work has been presented locally and nationally, and was published in the Journal of Community Health Nursing. .
