Morgan Skinner
Dr. Skinner joins Walden University as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Nursing. She started her teaching career in 2022 and continues in critical care nursing and advanced pharmacology. Dr. Skinner brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role with double board certification in family and emergency medicine, currently practicing as an advanced practice provider in the emergency department.
Her research background includes pharmacological interventions during trauma and critical care resuscitation, with academic interests extending to psychiatric and mental health pharmacology. A member of both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Dr. Skinner remains actively engaged in the nursing profession. In recognition of her excellence in teaching, she was honored with the Daisy Award for Top Nursing Faculty in 2024.
