Dr. Lauck is the Director of Research & Sponsored Programs in the Center for Research Quality, where she oversees programs that support student and faculty funded research, research dissemination support funding, student research awards and faculty research engagement. She is a faculty member in the School of Human Services in Walden’s College of Social and Behavioral Science.
Before joining Walden University, Dr. Lauck was the research administrator for the Institute for Community Research in Hartford, CT, a non-profit research institute that supports community-based research partnerships to reverse inequities, promote positive change in public health and education. There, she served as the research ethics advisor for study design, development, and implementation of federal, state, and privately funded grants on HIV/AIDS and STD prevention, drug abuse, and harm reduction. While at the institute, Dr. Lauck served as faculty for the Yale International AIDS Summer Institute at Yale University.
