Dr. McGivern is an organizational change management specialist with recognized excellence in managing and consulting on Organizational Development/Redesign and Operations Management. Michael’s adjunct professor experience focuses on: Doctoral Study Mentoring, Applied Research Methods, Systems Thinking, Outsourcing for IT; Organization and Social Dimensions for IT; Ethics, Business Strategy, Organizational Development, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

Michael has contributed articles in peer-reviewed journals as well as being a key note speaker for over 25 conferences. Organizations include: International Association of Management and Business,, ACBSP, IJSITA, Management Decisions, Clemson University, University of North Texas, UCEA New England, Maynard Consulting, ASQ, QACC and Industry Week Journal.
