Dr Killian Searles' formal training is in both clinical social work and public policy. She has over 30 years' experience as a clinical social worker licensed in NJ (LCSW) working with individuals and families in a number of nonprofit settings. She has taught at the graduate level for 18 years. At Walden University, she teaches social work practice at the master's level.
