Mark North
Dr. Mark North is a seasoned Experience Management (XM) expert and educator with over 17 years of consultative experience and more than a decade in higher education. He holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and specializes in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive customer, employee, and organizational success. Dr. North has led large-scale research initiatives in CX, EX, brand, and product strategy for global organizations and has served as faculty and mentor at institutions including Brigham Young University in Utah and Seattle Pacific University, Tacoma Community College, Highline College, and Green River College in Washington state. He is passionate about mentoring doctoral students through dissertation completion and applying research to real-world challenges that promote positive social change.
