ABOUT THE PROFESSOR Dr. McIntosh has worked as a Senior Investment Banker and Corporate Finance Executive with over 20 years of corporate and international project finance experience having successfully executed multi- million dollar transactions for both domestic and international companies. He has worked with various Wall Street firms, including Goldman Sachs, Paine Webber and Kinnard Investments. He is currently Founder and President of MCM Financial Advisors, LLC, an Independent Financial Advisory advising emerging growth companies on Corporate Strategy, Capital Raising and Mergers and Acquisitions. He is currently on active consulting status with the Asian Development Bank. He is also a member of the AICPA Society. Dr. McIntosh received his Doctorate in International Business in February, 2007 from Argosy University and his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University in 1981. In addition, he is a registered Certified Public Accountant. His educational philosophy is that learning is a life long process to be cherished whether you’re a part-time or full-time student. Obtaining a degree helps one to standout from the crowd for that next job, promotion, or to further personal enrichment
