Lisa Share, Ph.D., is the Program Director of the Licensure and Leadership Programs. She works with the following programs:

- BS in Elementary Education (Licensure)

- MAT Special Education (Licensure)

- EdS/MSEd Educational Leadership and Administration (Licensure)

- EdS/EdD Educational Administration and Leadership

- PhD Education Policy, Leadership, and Management

Lisa earned her PhD at the University of Georgia, while working as a full time teacher in a public school system. As a result, she began to view education though a different lens and returned to school to earn her principal certification. She has taught in public schools in Florida and Georgia and was an administrator in Georgia. Earlier degrees include receiving her Bachelors and Masters degrees in elementary education from the University of Florida. She specialized in in technology and gifted education. She also received her C.A.E.S (Specialists) degree from Boston College in Curriculum and Instruction.

She began to teach at the university level while working as a teacher and administrator. Lisa also worked as a university supervisor for three universities, as her passion is to create quality new teachers that will make a difference in the lives of their students, families,and communities. She joined Walden in 2009, and has worked as a university supervisor, contributing faculty, core faculty, coordinator, and program director.

Dr. Share is interested in licensure and leadership issues and trends. She also serves on accreditation committees and is active in Walden's accreditation efforts. Besides studying issues of authentic assessment and integrated instruction, Dr. Share also reviews the literature related to multiple birth children.

When not working, Lisa volunteers for the local elementary school on the Advisory Council, PTO, and within various classrooms. She is also the volunteer education board member of MOST (Mothers of Super Twins), a support organization for families of higher order multiples.
