Dr. Williams is a strategist, researcher, educator, and executive in the general business, health care, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise is in strategy development, leadership ethics, marketing communications, organizational crisis and change management, team building, and leadership development. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles, Dr. Williams has championed many growth-oriented and successful strategic plans, developed and led award-winning teams, and coached supervisors, peers, and students who are currently making positive contributions to their organizations and disciplines. As a consultant, Dr. Williams has facilitated the creation of strategic plans, conducted market research, and developed and delivered team-building educational training in organizational settings including healthcare, non-profit organizations, and law firms.

Dr. Letha is a certified online instructor who holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a focus in Leadership and research interest in leadership and ethics. Her dissertation examined the ethical decision making of hospital marketing leaders. Currently, she is in the preliminary stages of research studies about evil in leadership. She also holds a Master of Public Administration earned at the University of Michigan, and a bachelor degree in journalism earned at Oakland University. Her academic appointments include Associate Professor and Chair of Health Administration at A. T. Still University, and adjunct professor at Trident University International. She currently resides in the great state of Michigan and is an avid animal lover.
