Kimberly Palermo
Kim has been working at Walden since 2012, starting as a graduate assistant peer mentor supporting students enrolled in the quantitative research and analysis courses. From there, Kim was fortunate to be hired as the full-time coordinator of the program in 2014. Kim is also a graduate of Walden, earning her doctorate in Psychology, focusing on research and program evaluation in May 2020. Before her coordinator role and my PhD., Kim received a master’s degree in school-community psychology and worked as a school psychologist in New York, supporting elementary and middle school special education students. Since earning her doctorate, Kim has been a volunteer online instructor at the University of the People, teaching varied sections of undergraduate foundation courses and psychology courses.
