Kevin LaChapelle is very talented in developing and mentoring Millennial leaders. YouTube videos abound with stories of Kevin, imparting wisdom gained from a diverse background that has included experience as a police officer, an author, an educator, healthcare administrator, speaker, and, most especially and proudly, the non-profit he founded, PowerMentor. His mentees have risen to leadership roles, many going from high school dropouts to lawyers, teachers, executives, fire fighters, military officers, and law enforcement officers. Author of The Inspirational Life of Jelly Poe, Situational Awareness: A Leader's Perspective (2016), Overcoming Adversity: A Prosecutor And A Defense Attorney’s Inspiring Journey From At-Risk Inner City Youths To The Halls Of Justice And How The Former Cop Who Started It All Was Forever Changed! Kevin holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, a Masters in Public Administration, and Bachelors in Business Management. Kevin LaChapelle is exceptionally skilled at mentoring leaders as he bridges the gap between Gen Y and Baby Boomers. Kevin is both a transformational and situational leader accomplished in developing high performing teams and exceptional leaders through his down to earth coaching.
