Kathleen Schulin
Dr. Schulin brings a full breadth of experience gained through a variety of progressively complex organizational leadership, mentoring, and graduate-level teaching experiences. While her overall focus has been public service, her experiences include both public and private sector organizations. Dr. Schulin’s early career was politically focused – national and local. Her middle years evolved around U.S. National Security – operations and policy. Dr. Schulin's later years were spent teaching and leading graduate programs within the U.S. Department of Defense and now as a contributing faculty member with Walden University where she supports Doctoral students as a Committee Member and as a University Research Reviewer. Dr. Schulin earned her Doctorate in Planning and Development Systems (DPDS) from the University of Southern California; her focus was leadership and leader development.
