Dr. Rengo received her DNP in Nursing at the College of St. Scholastica in May 2017. She holds a board certification as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She joined the Walden University School of Nursing in February 2019 as a Contributing Faculty Member. She teaches courses within the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program. She has also taught Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing courses at an undergraduate level and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner courses at a graduate level at other universities. Professionally, Dr. Rengo has a clinical practice working with children and adolescents in a 30-day assessment program and boys and girls residential treatment programs.
