Dr. Dorle is a business consultant, corporate trainer, and educator with more than 30 years’ experience in providing enterprise solutions to corporate and university clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, Scotland, France and Poland.
She is experienced in identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems and assisting organizations in aligning project and program portfolios and resources with strategic goals. She is a specialist in developing and delivering face-to-face, blended, and online synchronous and asynchronous programs for adult learners in academic and corporate environments.
Dr. Dorle has taught at the graduate level since 2002. In her academic engagements, Jeanne received the Alpha Kappa Psi Student Choice Award for Professor of the Year and the Chancellors Distinguished Services to Students Award. During the 2005-06 academic year, she was awarded a Fulbright Research Chair in Project Management at the University of Québec in Gatineau, Québec.
She serves on the Walden Virtual Fulbright Chapter Advisory Board. In October, 2020, she was the invited key note speaker for the US Embassy in Ottawa for their Leadership Day. The title of her presentation was " Strengthening Your Competencies by Understanding the Impact of Diverse Thinking Styles".
She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Program Management Professional (PgMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). She is also certified as an Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) Assessor and Consultant. She chaired PMI®’s Project Quality Community of Practice. She is a Certified Disciplined Agile Scrum Master as well as a voting member and subject matter expert for U.S. Technical Advisory Group to the ISO Technical Committee 262 on Risk Management.
Her academic credentials include a BS with distinction, MA and Ph.D., from the University of Minnesota and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
