Dr. Raad is a health services researcher with more than 15 years of experience working in nationally recognized healthcare systems. Dr. Raad’s research focuses on healthcare quality, delivery, and outcomes with a portfolio of successfully funded projects. Current research projects focus on symptom self-management, telehealth, and challenges associated with the utilization of EHR data to enhance value, reduce costs and improve care delivery. Dr. Raad has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels with an emphasis on statistical methods, qualitative and mixed-methods research. Dr. Raad primarily works with doctoral candidates.
