Dr. Harry Kemp is a retired Fire-Rescue Lieutenant and Data Analyst with 25 years of experience. Dr. Kemp has a Doctorate of Business Administration (D.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Leadership. Dr. Kemp has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Bachelors of Science degree (BS) concentrated in Organizational Management, and an Associate of Science degree (AS) focused in Fire Science. Dr. Kemp is also a Certified Firefighter, Hazardous Material Technician and Emergency Medical Technician.
Awarded the Walden University, Frank Dilley Outstanding Doctoral Study Award for 2017. Also, Dr. Kemp was awarded the Jacksonville Fire-Rescue 2016 Andy Graham Award for Distinguished Service. Dr. Kemp played Professional Basketball in Panama City, Panama and Buenos Aires, Argentina. He volunteers as a Community Service Outreach Minister for Historic Mount Zion A.M.E Church.
