Dr. Hendricks-Noble has been teaching at Walden full-time for the past 12 years. Currently, she is the Coordinator for the doctoral program in Behavioral Health Leadership in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to teaching for Walden, Frederica was Vice-President of Student Affairs at American Intercontinental University in London. She has also taught at the University of the West of England, Loyola Marymount University and Austin Peay State University. In Los Angeles, she started her own consulting firm, The Industry Groups Consulting, which specialized in working with individuals and groups from the entertainment industry.
Dr. Hendricks-Noble's research interests include: women in leadership, early professional identity, wellness at work, career transitions.
