Dr. Erica Wade (she/her/hers) is a seasoned professional with 19 years of professional experience and 5 years of teaching experience in Counselor Education and Supervision. She began her tenure at Walden University in January 2024 as a Contributing Faculty member.

With 16 years of licensure as a clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Illinois, two years of licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Iowa, credentials as an approved clinical supervisor (ACS), board-certified telemental health provider (BC-TMH), and certified integrated mental health professional (CIMHP), she brings a strong identity as a professional counselor and supervisor, and passion for developing future counselors and counselor educators.

Dr. Wade is affiliated with the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), and the Association of Multicultural and Counseling and Development (AMCD).
