Emmet Fritch
Emmet Fritch is contributing faculty member. Dr. Fritch earned his Ph.D. in business administration at Northcentral University. He earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Dr. Fritch has over 20 years of experience in global supply chain and operations management. He served as Chairman of the Board for American Custom Components Corporation, Senior Vice President of JTS Corporation, Vice President of Conner Peripherals Corporation, and Director of Supply Chain Management at Hughes Data Systems, Western Digital Corporation, and Seagate Technology Corporation. Dr. Fritch's research results are included in a meta-analysis by Danisman, S., Tosuntas, S., & Karadag, E. (2015). The Effect of Leadership on Organizational Performance. In E. Dr. Fritch serves as a dissertation chair, committee member, and subject matter expert, for Ph.D. candidates.
