Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert is a contributing faculty member in Walden University’s Doctor of Business Administration program. She brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, regulatory compliance, and organizational psychology, with a focus on guiding professionals in high-risk and highly regulated industries.
Dr. Gilbert earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University and has extensive experience teaching business, leadership, and research methods at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her primary research interests include ethical leadership, work-life balance in STEM fields, and the integration of artificial intelligence in regulated environments.
Professionally, Dr. Gilbert has led quality assurance, compliance strategy, and organizational development initiatives for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, as well as founded a consulting firm specializing in workforce development and regulatory innovation. She has been published in business technology journals and serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Innovation.
At Walden, Dr. Gilbert is dedicated to mentoring doctoral students through their research projects, fostering ethical scholarship, and supporting Walden’s mission of positive social change.
