Dorcas Francisco holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from The George Washington University. I also have a Master of Public and International Affairs with a focus on International Economic and Social Development with a certification in Non-Profit Management. I have traveled, studied, and worked extensively internationally including most recently in Maputo, Mozambique. Professional interest includes community development, international education, and international development. Dr. Francisco teachings in the School of Public Policy & Administration.
