Dr. Domonique Lemieux is a dynamic Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Counselor Educator who provides relevant, practical teaching and strategies to address the mental, social and emotional needs of individuals. Dr. Lemieux completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Xavier University of Louisiana and earned her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Lemieux developed Feeling Some Kind of Way, a therapeutic resource and curriculum to help improve the emotional intelligence, awareness and management skills of various populations of individuals. Dr. Lemieux self-published the Dear Baby children’s literature book series, including Dear Baby Time for Sleep and the sequel, Dear Baby, Time to Eat, and All of My Feelings are Okay. Dr. Lemieux currently provides mental health counseling in school settings and private practice, and serves as adjunct faculty at Walden University.
