Dr. Diana Ginns is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). She received her specialist degree in school psychology in 2008 and obtained her BCBA in 2012. She was a practicing school psychologist at the specialist level for seven years in Los Angeles, California before she returned for her Ph.D. in school psychology at the University of California, Riverside. During her years as a school psychologist, she served as a behavior consultant and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) specialist.

Dr. Ginns completed her doctoral studies as an intern and postdoctoral fellow at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. During her time there, she specialized in working with children with severe behavioral difficulties and their families.
