Dr. Harden earned her doctorate in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While in North Carolina, she served as a middle school, high school, and mental health counselor. She currently works as an elementary school counselor in her home state of Georgia.

She holds P-12 School Counseling & Guidance credentials in Georgia in addition to being a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. All in all, she treasures partnering with others in education, growth, and healing.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys experimenting with new foods, and working out. She has a special affinity for health food stores. She also loves spending time with her family (including friends that have become family) and traveling.
