Dr. Dan Wagner has worked in industry, solving business problems and creating competitive advantage with IT, since 1995. He spent 10 years traveling the globe implementing time and attendance and customer relationship management systems. In 2005, he transitioned to more traditional IT roles implementing bespoke solutions in learning management, finance and accounting, and healthcare. In 2017, Dan completed his doctorate in information technology, focusing on strategies for improving the quality of bespoke software solutions and started work as adjunct faculty at two universities in online classrooms.
