Dr. Dana Hill
Dr. Dana Hill's formal training is two-fold; public health and nursing. Dr. Hill has a Ph.D. in Public Health with a focus in epidemiology, a Master of Nursing degree with a focus in nursing education, and a Certification for Professionals in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). She worked many years as a beside nurse, in nursing leadership positions, as an Infection Preventionist, and in Quality Improvement. Dr. Hill has also worked for the Arkansas State Health Department as the manager for the Vaccine's For Children Program. In most recent years, Dr. Hill has been teaching graduate students in online environments in the disciplines of MPH, MSN, HCM, and DNP programs. She also has developed curriculum for MPH and MSN programs. At Walden University, Dr. Hill teaches core courses in the MSN program as contributing faculty.
