As a teacher, counselor, principal, consultant and university instructor, Dr. Cale has gladly dedicated 27 years to helping individuals and institutions create and accomplish their goals and fulfill their biggest dreams.

Dr. Cale has crafted a solid knowledge base in educational and leadership principles sustained by both his educational pursuits and an extensive career in education.

Dr. Cale has remained an active learner, committing to continuing education initiatives that further improved his leadership capabilities. Such initiatives included organizational leadership development instruction from leading institutes like Harvard University.

As an instructor, Dr. Cale promotes a dynamic, comprehensive learner-centered personalized approach to pedagogy and strives to create a positive, supportive environment, whether this environment is a traditional classroom or an online educational experience. Much of Dr. Cale's professional agenda and research agenda has been dedicated to educational psychology, international educational models, mindfulness and thinking, and addressing the multi-faceted needs of youth.
